So, your thinking of doing a couple of acres or buying all your seeds, perennials, bulbs & gardening items in one huge order or perhaps you’re just thinking of spending on a bunch of items but are hesitant because like all of us in this day and age, you are on a tight budget. Well, we decided that we could do our part & that's why we are pleased to be the first gardening company to offer a layaway program. We felt if you were given the option of time & a payment plan, then you could purchase everything you've been wishing for and pay for it at your pace.
Here's how it works:
1. Shop around for everything that you would like (any of our products qualify). Purchase a minimum of $100 after sales or discounts and proceed to checkout and select “Pay with Layaway". Free shipping will apply to your order. You will be charged 25% of your order total as your first payment.
2. Depending on the payment time schedule you select your subsequent payments will be charged accordingly.
3. Once everything has been paid in full, we will ship your order. You can pay earlier than the scheduled time if you want, just contact us and we'll adjust the payment schedule to suit your needs (no longer than stated, only sooner).
Layaway Terms and Conditions:
1. There is a Minimum $100 order total for using our Layaway Plan.
2. A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is required as a down payment on all layaway purchases, ie. your first payment will be 25% of your order total. For example: if your order total is $200, the first charge to your credit card will be $50.00 at the time of the order.
3. We will hold your layaway until the order is paid for and it will ship in its entirety upon completion of payments.
4. The remaining balance will be broken into equal amounts and charged as you select on our layaway form ie. Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-monthly etc. For example: if your order total is $200, the first payment charged is $50 and the remaining balance is $150. This will be broken into 3 remaining payments of $50 each, paid weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly, however you choose. If you wish to break up your payments into smaller increments, just send us an e-mail request after submitting your form and we will adjust accordingly. For Example: Your order is $200, first payment is 25% of total, so $50 but you wish to break the remaining $150 dollars into 5 payments of $30 instead of 3 payments of $50, just let us know and we are happy to do that.
5. There are no interest or other charges for using our layaway plan; you only make payments towards the total order amount of your purchase. You are dealing with us directly, no third party or other processing services.
6. You may cancel your layaway at anytime, however, the first payment is non-refundable. Items purchased on our layaway plan can be exchanged for other products, for a credit on account or a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is returned in accordance with our Merchandise Return Policy.
7. Discounts and sales prices apply to products purchased through our layaway program but you must meet the minimum order total in order to use layaway. ie. Even if an item is on sale or you apply a promotional code, your order must be $100 or more after that to use layaway.
8. Your layaway contract must be filled and submitted. Once you hit submit, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
9. We will notify you via email when your payment and contract is received by us. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and sales receipt with your deposit and payments outlined, the products purchased, the dates charges will be applied.
